How do I learn about employment opportunities available at Otis Technology?

I see a position I’d like to apply for, how do I do that?

The quickest and easiest way to apply is online via our career portal. Simply select the Apply for Job button on the desired position, which will then bring you to a secure log-in screen where you can either create an account to manage your applications, or log-in with your pre-existing account info.

If creating an account for the first time or applying for a new position on your existing account, having a resume ready to upload can help you save time. No resume? No problem! You can still complete the application by filling out all necessary fields.

 

Can I submit multiple applications?

Absolutely! While we encourage you to apply for the positions your skills and experience are best suited to, sometimes taking a chance on something new is the first step on the path to meeting your career goals. To submit applications for multiple openings, follow the same steps as applying for a single position on each one.

 

Can I apply by way of email or paper application? Can I apply on-site?

Unfortunately, in compliance with legal regulations, we are no longer able to accept applications submitted through email or on paper. All applications must go through our career portal.

Yes, you can apply in person! We offer the tools necessary to apply online via the portal if they are unavailable to you otherwise.

 

How will I know if my application has been received, and what happens after?

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email acknowledgement of your application. From there, your information is then evaluated by the hiring manager to determine the next steps.

If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted either by phone or email.

If Otis Technology does not feel that you are fit for the position, you will be notified by email. In this case, if we think you may be a great fit for another position, we may keep your application on file and reach out at a later date if a position becomes available.
