Otis Helping Hands came to light during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since its inception in 1985, Otis Technology has not only been committed to creating high quality, USA made gun cleaning equipment, but to our community and industry as well. When the COVID-19 pandemic began, Otis jumped right in and began making hand sanitizer and other forms of PPE in order to supply critical items to our health heroes.
We’ve always donated – but now we’ve put a name to it – Otis Helping Hands. A critical part of Otis culture is our community and giving back – and giving our donations program a name has made our commitment that much more important to our organization.
For donation requests of our gun cleaning equipment:
In consideration of the high volume of requests we receive each year, the following guidelines must be met:
•Organizations requesting contributions should be registered with the IRS as a 501(c)3 non-profit (charitable) organization.•Organizations and individuals requesting contributions must submit requests through this form only and must be submitted a minimum of 60 days in advance of the deadline or event.
•The request should be short and concise including only information necessary for the committee to make a decision without the need to research the organization’s authenticity. You must include the nature of the donation request, date of the event and number of anticipated participants.
Due to the overwhelming volume of requests, we respectfully reserve the right to respond only to those requests that we can support. If you are selected for contribution, we will contact you at the e-mail address or contact phone number given if necessary or ship items directly to the physical address provided. NO P.O. BOXES.
Your donation will not be reviewed or considered if it is not submitted as noted. Otis is only able to accept one donation request per organization per year. Donations will be allotted on a first come, first served basis as funding is available.
All donations subject to the discretion of Otis. Otis' support of your event in the past does not guarantee future support of your event.
