How do Otis FLEX System® cases connect and stack together?
Otis FLEX System® cases feature integrated locking tabs that allow compatible cases to securely connect to one another. Cases can be stacked, separated, and reconfigured as needed, including connecting cases of the same size. There is no required stacking order, allowing you to organize your setup however it works best for you. Available case sizes include the Core – 6”x4”, Field – 3”x8”, and Range – 6”x8.”
Do all Otis FLEX System® case sizes work together?
Yes. FLEX cases are designed around a modular platform, allowing compatible case sizes, kits, and configurations to work together throughout the Otis FLEX System®. Any kit configuration – rifle, pistol, shotgun, universal, or your customized assortment – can be combined within the same set up. Available (and compatible) case sizes in the Otis FLEX System® include the Core – 6”x4”, Field – 3”x8”, and Range – 6”x8.”
Can I start with one FLEX case and expand my system later?
Yes. The Otis FLEX System® is designed to grow with your needs. Additional cases, organizers, and accessories can be added over time, allowing you to build and modify your configuration as your collection evolves.
How do FLEX rails and organizers work?
FLEX rails install into designated mounting locations within compatible cases and can be repositioned as needed. Organizers attach to these mounting locations and are designed to be moved, removed, and rearranged throughout the system. Components are secured within dedicated organizer locations for easy access and storage.

- features triangles and saddles to contain parts in a multitude of ways
- two saddle sizes accommodate smaller rifle/pistol components and larger shotgun components

What organizers can be moved or interchanged between FLEX cases?
Compatible FLEX organizers are interchangeable across the Otis FLEX System®. Organizers can be relocated between compatible cases, allowing you to customize layouts, maximize storage space, and organize components based on your preferences. Can organizers be installed in the case lid?
Yes. All organizers are designed to fit in either the case or the lid, providing additional storage and helping maximize available space inside the case.
Is the Otis FLEX System® compatible with my existing Otis components?
Most Otis cleaning components are designed to fit within the various Otis FLEX System® parts organizers and storage layouts. Compatibility may vary by component, so refer to individual product descriptions for specific fitment information.
How durable are Otis FLEX System® cases?
The Otis FLEX System® cases are designed to securely store and protect components during transport and regular use. Durable latches help keep cases closed, while the locking tab design helps maintain connected case configurations during normal handling.
Are the Otis FLEX System® cases waterproof or water-resistant?
The Otis FLEX System® cases are designed to protect and organize components during storage and transport. While they provide protection from everyday use, they are not intended to be watertight or submerged in water.
Are Otis FLEX System® cases made in the USA?
Yes. The Otis FLEX System® is proudly designed, engineered and manufactured in the United States – at our manufacturing facility & headquarters in Lyons Falls, New York.
Can I purchase organizers, rails, trays, or replacement components separately?
Yes, Otis FLEX System® organizers, accessories, expansion items, and replacement components are available separately. Check individual product listings within the FLEX assortment for current availability.
