Approval notification will be sent via email with your Sales Rewards Program ID / Otis Account Number. Approval is required to submit receipts. You must be a retail employee working for an approved retailer/dealer of Otis Technology, and Shooters Choice to qualify for this program. If your application is denied you will NOT receive a notification. If you do not meet the qualifications of the program, do not apply.
Receipts must be submitted within 60 days of sale date. Receipts must be from in person sales only; online sales receipts are not accepted. Receipts must be legible and include all required fields of information. We reserve the right to reject a submitted receipt for any reason. Payments are issued quarterly for earnings totaling over $25 on approved receipts only. Inactive accounts will forfeit earnings after 180 days. For earnings over $600/year a 1099 will be required from program participant or payments will be withheld.
